Brad Johnson called meeting to order at 7:35.

The treasures report was read by Cheryl Hancock. There is a checking account balance of $680.52 and a savings balance of $1,854.26. 

Since we're getting a poor response to flyers about the picnic we decided to call people so we could know whether to cancel or reschedule. Steve Hancock will call the east side, Nancy Halagan will call the south side, and Andy Braller will call Halsey Ave. 

Dan and Steve Frump attended the seminar on Lake Weeds. 

Election of Officers

Brad Johnson was elected president, Laura Bauer vice president, Dorothy Brede secretary, and Cheryl Hancock treasure. 

Dave Tabbut reported that the clarity level was at 2.5ft. 

Del Hogan will be at the September meeting. 

Brad motioned to change the September meeting from the 7th to the 15th. Lance Scott second, motion carried. 

Brad motioned to adjourn, Lance Scott seconded. 

Meeting adjourned at 8:00.
